The Great Picture – Guinness World Record holder for largest developed photograph

I read the wikipedia home page every day (link) since I’ve made it my start page. Today there’s some info about The Great Picture, I was fairly impressed.

The thing is 34 m wide and 9.8 m high; developed in an airplane hangar and washed off with fire hydrants.

I’ve also learned that the largest digital image (stitched together from smaller photographs) is 281 Gigapixels (see here, zoomable), and the largest print photo assembled from multiple pictures is at the Canadian Museum of Civilization. I’ve been there twice and must have walked right past it both times?
